Monica Gable is a licensed realtor specializing in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado counties. Monica's knowledge of the area is firsthand. She was raised in Sacramento and attended college in the area. Monica has lived in the suburbs, midtown and downtown, and now calls Granite Bay her home. Having grown up in the beautiful Sacramento Valley, and now living in Placer County, she understands the neighborhoods and their nuances. There is not a street that she does not know. In addition to her business in the real estate industry, Monica is also an adjunct professor of law for Los Rios Community Colleges. An outdoor enthusiast, Monica spends her free time hiking and skiing in the Sierra Mountains as well as spending quality time with her extended family and friends who also reside in this region.
